Our approach / From first call to everyday use
HomeFrom first call.
To everyday use.
We turn a part of your working day into a clear, tested workflow. You’ll know what we’re building, what we need from you and what happens next.

The first conversation
Free / 30 minutesStart with your
working day.Bring a task that takes too long, a process you repeat or a question about what AI could do for your business. We’ll ask about the tools, the people and the steps involved. You don’t need a technical brief.
- Your part
- Tell us how the work happens today. A real example is a useful place to start.
- You leave with
- A clearer view of the opportunity and a sensible next step.
An initial conversation, with no obligation to continue. Detailed design and implementation are scoped and quoted separately.
- 02
Map & agree
Before we buildMake the
plan clear. We outline the workflow: what starts it, what information moves and what needs to happen next. Together, we agree the scope, success criteria, responsibilities, cost and expected timing, including any ongoing tool costs.
The shape of the workflow
↳Trigger→≡Information→↗Next actionWhat starts it. What moves. What happens next.
- Your part
- Check the proposed flow, confirm priorities and agree the proposal before the build begins.
- You get
- A defined project, a clear quote and an agreed way to judge the result.
- 03
Build & review
Progress you can seeBuild around
your work.We connect the agreed tools and build the workflow, using AI where it has a useful role. You see how the system is taking shape and review the important decisions with us before it starts acting on live work.
- Your part
- Provide access to the agreed tools and review the workflow at the points set out in the plan.
- You get
- A working version to try, with clear rules, actions and places for human input.
AI earns its place in the workflow. Some tasks need straightforward automation; others benefit from interpreting information or preparing a draft.
- 04
Test together
Real situationsCheck the
everyday details. We test typical requests, missing information and what happens when a connected tool needs attention. Where AI is involved, we review its outputs. Together, we check the result against the criteria we agreed.
✓Everyday work✓Missing details✓Human handover- Your part
- Try realistic examples, check the results and flag anything that doesn’t fit the way your team works.
- You get
- A reviewed workflow, with agreed exceptions and a clear route for someone to step in.
- 05
Launch & handover
Ready for your dayPut it to work.
Know how it works.Once we’ve reviewed the workflow together and you’re ready, we put it live. We walk your team through it and document the essentials: what it does, how to use it and what to do when something needs attention.
- Your part
- Confirm the launch, join the walkthrough and make sure the right people know their responsibilities.
- You get
- The agreed automation running, with essential notes and a team that understands the next steps.
Any ongoing monitoring, maintenance or improvements are agreed in the project scope, along with the relevant responsibilities and costs.
02 / Ready for everyday use
Working means
ready for real work.
A useful system does the job we agreed and gives the people using it a clear understanding of what happens next.
We make room for the details around the automation: access, running costs, exceptions and who takes care of what.
Before it goes live

Everyday scenarios checked against the project criteria.
A clear handover
People know when to step in and where to find the essentials.
The practical details
Access, responsibilities and ongoing costs are understood.
03 / Working together
Before we
get started.
A few practical things about the project, the tools and what comes afterwards.
What will the project cost?
The first 30-minute AI audit is free. Detailed design and implementation are quoted separately once we understand the scope. We discuss any ongoing tool costs and support arrangements before you decide to proceed.
How long will it take?
That depends on the workflow, the tools involved and what needs to be checked. We agree the expected timing in the proposal, including the access and review points needed from your team.
Do we need to change our tools or use AI?
We start with the tools you already use and check what they can connect to. AI has a role where interpreting information or generating a useful draft helps the task. A straightforward automation may be the right fit for other steps.
What happens after launch?
The handover covers how the system works and what to do when it needs attention. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and further improvements depend on the arrangement we agree for your project, with responsibilities and costs made clear.
